Today, I share how to relieve stress! Let’s share it!
①Sleep, sleep and sleep!
Sleep as much as you can! This is the best way for me.
Sleeping is to be able to relax your brain and while sleeping you don’t need to think to worry. The point is to sleep is no stressful, and wonderful way to relax.
However, I recommend that you need to prepare an environment of your sleeping room. For example, if it’s hot in your sleeping room in summer, you cannot sleep well. Therefore you shall switch on a air conditioner.
I often wake up when it was hot in night. I feel stress it, and when I wake up in morning, I just get annoyed.
So that won’t happen, sleeping well is need for get rid of stress.
By the way, I usually sleep about 10 hours, but the day before working, I can ONLY sleep about 7 hours. It is the stress for me. OMG.
②Eat and Drink as much as you can!
This is that I want. ALL I can drink and eat! This is my happy time!
I often the party of complaining our jobs with drinking and eating.
Complaining is also the wat of reducing the stress.
However, too much of drinking and eating may be the cause of being fat.
It will be the stress, so be careful of it.
③Getting into a hot spring!
Getting into a hot spring is be able to get various effect to your body, and be warm. This can be getting of your stress.
Moreover, the effects of hot spring are good for your skin, and sensitivity to cold.
I go to get into a hotspring in about every weeks. In hot spring, I can stretch my legs, comparing house’s bath.
I really recommend to get into a hotspring!
④Play, play and play!
Probably I don’t need to say, play is able to get rid of your stress.
It’s good to play video games, do bowling, watching movies and so on.
Anyway, this is important that you want to do is the best way for playing.
The stress is a problem of your heart, so you want is way of getting your stress.
I really would like to play everyday!
⑤Combination of these
This is much better way to combine of these.
For example, sleeping in 10 hours.➡Eating and drinking as much as I can➡Play something➡and eat and drink again➡getting into a hot spring➡sleep as well in final
This is perfect way for me.
Actually, these ways are very usual ways, however these are important effects to get rid of your stress.
